Position Summary

As an Ice-Cream Associate, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, serving up delicious ice cream treats, keeping the ice cream counter clean and inviting, and making sure our customers leave with a smile. Your positive attitude and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

What You Need

Must be 16+ (sorry, no exceptions)
Experience in customer service, retail, or food service is a bonus
Killer communication and people skills
Able to work solo and as part of a squad
Flexible to work weekends and holidays
Fluent in English; Spanish is a big plus!
Non-slip shoes are a must for keeping it safe (heads up, you gotta bring your own).
You need to be authorized to work in the US.
You need a reliable way to get here and join in on our adventures!

Physical Requirements

Vision Acuity: Peripheral vision and near/far visual accuracy are crucial.
Hearing Ability: Effectively hear and respond to instructions in a bustling environment.
Allergy Tolerance: Able to handle a wide variety of fresh ingredients without adverse allergic reactions.
Step-Stool and Ladder Use: Confidently utilize a step-stool or ladder as needed.
Physical Balance: Maintain stability and balance while executing tasks efficiently.
Clear Communication Skills: Convey instructions clearly and communicate with team members effectively, even in busy or noisy environments.
Reaching Ability: Capable of reaching below the waist, at the waist, and overhead.
Lifting Ability: Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
