Who We’re Looking For:
We want a Friendly Morning Star to work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, bringing sunshine and smiles to our customers. You’ll be the friendly face greeting guests, processing transactions, and making everyone feel at home. If you’re reliable, fun-loving, and want to be part of a supportive Family, this could be your perfect fit!
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Service Pro: Start each morning with a smile, offering warm welcomes and upbeat service.
- Efficient Transactions: Handle cash, card payments, and customer needs quickly and accurately.
- Team Player: Collaborate with your colleagues to create a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Keep the Vibe Up: Maintain a clean, organized, and friendly atmosphere.
- Problem Solver: Tackle customer questions and issues with a positive, can-do approach.
- Respectful Team Member: Follow store policies and instructions with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:
- Morning Availability: Must be available to work the 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM shift.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 or older.
- Experience: Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Great Communicator: You love talking with people and making them feel welcome.
- Team Spirit: Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English is required, and Spanish is a bonus! You enjoy making everyone feel welcome.
- Reliable: Must have dependable transportation.
- Safety First: Must wear non-slip shoes (not provided).
Physical Requirements:
- Stamina: Stand, walk, and move comfortably for your shift.
- Dexterity: Handle cash and payment methods with ease.
- Visual & Auditory Skills: Clearly see details and hear customers in a lively environment.
- Temperature & Allergy Tolerance: Comfortable working in different temperatures and handling diverse ingredients.
