Physical Requirements:

Hands-On Tasks: Skilled in fine and gross motor tasks—perfect for stocking and organizing.
Visual Acuity: Strong peripheral and near/far vision for quality control.
Auditory Skills: Quick to hear and respond to instructions and customer needs.
Strength and Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility and Balance: Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and move with ease.
Temperature Tolerance: Comfortable working in varied temperatures.
Allergy-Friendly: Able to handle a range of fresh ingredients.
Climbing Confidence: Comfortable using step-stools and ladders.
Clear Communication: Effective at conveying instructions and collaborating with the team.
Reaching for Success: Capable of reaching below waist, at waist, and overhead.

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must wear non-slip shoes (not provided).
English proficiency; Spanish is a plus!
