What You’ll Do:
- Customer Assistance: Provide top-notch service to customers by helping them locate items, answering questions, and offering product suggestions.
- Stocking & Organizing: Keep shelves stocked, organized, and presentable. You’ll help maintain a clean and efficient grocery department.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about our organic products and share your knowledge with customers to help them make informed choices.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and a safe workspace for the team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your fellow associates to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Visual Acuity: Strong peripheral and near/far vision for quality control.
- Auditory Skills: Quick to hear and respond to instructions and customer needs.
- Strength & Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility & Balance: Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and move with ease.
- Temperature Tolerance: Comfortable working in varied temperatures.
- Allergy-Friendly: Able to handle a range of fresh ingredients.
- Climbing Confidence: Comfortable using step-stools and ladders.
- Clear Communication: Effective at conveying instructions and collaborating with the team.
- Reaching for Success: Capable of reaching below waist, at waist, and overhead.
