Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain up to date recipes, procedures and plating for all menus, specials and promotional items
- Prepares grill, char grill, salad, entree items to recipe or special orders
- Meet timing standards
- Coordinates orders with team members, assists co-workers as needed
- Works cooperatively with front of house staff to respond to customer needs
- Ensures that areas of responsibilities are well stocked, guest ready
- Comply with high standards of cleanliness, safety and food safety throughout the shift
- Manage stock taking, cleaning, opening and closing tasks and other duties designated by the management team or kitchen
- Performs other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- Must be available to work throughout scheduled shift
- Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours of length
- Must be able to push and pull equipment of various sizes and weights (e.g., lb. pot of water)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional during rush times in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
