WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet every guest with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Assist customers and help direct them to the right department
- Support our sales and service teams with various administrative tasks
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized and welcoming
- Help create the exceptional guest experience Heritage Cadillac is known for
- Be a positive, professional presence throughout the dealership
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Have a naturally friendly and outgoing personality
- Are polished, professional, and confident
- Communicate well and know how to make people feel comfortable
- Can juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool
- Are dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- Have previous receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or automotive experience
- Are available to work some Saturdays
