  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Front-of-House Operations: Oversee the daily activities of front-of-house staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Team Leadership: Train, manage, and motivate a team of servers, hosts, and food runners to deliver top-notch service.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as the face of Seed to Table, ensuring every guest receives friendly, prompt, and personalized service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the front-of-house area remains clean, organized, and up to Seed to Table’s high standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer issues and address any service concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless food and beverage service.

Physical & Additional Requirements:

  • Skilled Manipulation: Demonstrate precision in handling both fine and gross motor tasks, ensuring safe use of knives and handling of ingredients.
  • Vision Acuity: Maintain sharp peripheral vision and accurate near/far vision, crucial for food preparation and service.
  • Hearing & Response: Ability to effectively hear and respond to instructions, even in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • Strength & Mobility: Comfortably lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
  • Endurance: Stand and walk for extended periods, maintaining focus and efficiency throughout your shift.
  • Flexibility & Agility: Move fluidly around the front-of-house, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting as needed.
  • Environmental Adaptability: Work comfortably in a range of temperatures, from hot and humid to cold, and handle exposure to moderate dust and cleaning agents.
  • Allergy Tolerance: Confidently work with fresh ingredients, free from adverse allergic reactions.
  • Step-Stool & Ladder Use: Confidently and safely utilize step-stools or ladders when required.
  • Balance & Stability: Maintain physical balance while executing tasks with precision in a busy setting.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly convey instructions and communicate with team members, even in noisy or high-pressure situations.
  • Reaching Ability: Capable of reaching at various levels—below the waist, at the waist, and overhead.
