Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, sorting mail, and coordinating deliveries.
- Assist with managing office supplies and ensuring inventory is stocked.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date visitor log and employee check-in records.
- Assist with basic office needs, including providing information to clients and visitors.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Ensure the security of the building by monitoring access and issuing visitor badges.
- Assist other departments with administrative support as needed.
- Handle any client or visitor concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or college coursework preferred.
