Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential commercial clients, including businesses, government agencies, and fleet operators.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing commercial customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to determine clients' fleet requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
- Collaborate with our finance and leasing departments to offer competitive financing and leasing solutions to clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while ensuring profitability for Krieger Ford.
- Liaise with our service department to facilitate timely delivery and servicing of fleet vehicles.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in commercial or fleet sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle specifications, features, and applications is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
