Finance Manager Responsibilities
We expect Finance Managers to lead confidently, both visibly to staff and customers and behind the scenes. You'll work closely with our sales managers and sales consultants to ensure every customer receives a professional, transparent, and enjoyable buying experience while helping the dealership achieve its financial goals.

Expectations for the Role:
- Structure and finalize finance deals with a wide variety of lenders
- Present finance and protection products professionally and ethically
- Work alongside sales managers and sales consultants to maximize every opportunity
- Ensure all deals are compliant, accurate, and funded promptly
- Build and maintain strong lender relationships
- Help coach the sales team on financing opportunities, deal structure, and product knowledge
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from introduction through delivery
- Maintain strong CSI while achieving dealership profitability goals
Preferred Qualifications for the Role
- 3–5 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience preferred
- Proven history of strong CSI scores and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated success in automotive finance production and profitability
- Competency with dealership DMS platforms and software systems related to automotive sales and finance
- Strong understanding of lender programs, compliance requirements, and deal structure
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
