You'll have access to Ford Credit, a deep bench of credit unions, and lender relationships we've built over more than 40 years. Our all-in PVR expectation is $2,000, and the entire dealership is committed to helping you achieve it.

With 60+ monthly deliveries, this office consistently generates six figures in monthly F&I gross. If you've successfully managed a franchise F&I department before, you already understand what that can mean.

Five-day work week.

- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Driving Record (Insurability)
- Previous Franchise Dealership F&I Experience
- Proven Track Record of Strong F&I Performance
- Ability to Obtain Required State Licensing (if applicable)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to Pass Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screen
- Strong Computer Skills and Ability to Learn New Software
- Professional Appearance and Communication Skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Ford/Lincoln F&I Experience
- Experience with RouteOne and Ford Credit
- Experience Using Tekion DMS
- Strong Relationships with Banks and Credit Unions
- Compliance and Menu-Selling Expertise
- VSC, GAP, and Ancillary Product Sales Experience
- Proven Ability to Maintain High CSI While Producing Strong PVR
