Job Requirements:
  1. Extensive Industry Experience:

    • Proven track record in automotive finance and insurance, with several years of experience in a high-volume dealership or financial institution.
    • Expertise in structuring complex deals, understanding various finance products, and managing customer portfolios.
  2. In-Depth Product Knowledge:

    • Mastery of a wide range of finance and insurance products, including but not limited to loans, leases, extended warranties, GAP insurance, and vehicle protection plans.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and emerging financing options (e.g., digital car-buying tools, financing for electric vehicles).
  3. Exceptional Sales Ability:

    • Strong skills in upselling and cross-selling additional products while ensuring transparency and customer understanding.
    • Proven ability to close deals consistently and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
  4. Outstanding Customer Service:

    • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by providing a seamless, informative, and positive car-buying experience.
    • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain finance and insurance options to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
  5. Advanced Financial Acumen:

    • Expertise in credit analysis, understanding credit reports, and structuring deals that meet both customer and dealership needs.
