Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction & Facilities Intern to assist our Facilities and Construction Management team. This internship provides hands-on experience in project coordination, facility maintenance, and construction management within a dynamic automotive dealership environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating facility maintenance and construction projects across multiple dealership locations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support project documentation, including budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.
- Research and recommend cost-effective solutions for facility improvements.
- Assist in managing work orders and coordinating with contractors and service providers.
- Maintain records of inspections, permits, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience or coursework in construction, real estate, or facility management is a plus.
