Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable professional to support our accounting department. This role plays a key part in maintaining the financial accuracy and operational efficiency of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage customer accounts and monitor incoming payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Collaborate with internal departments and vendors as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous AR/AP experience is required (automotive industry experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with CDK is a plus
- Excellent communication and time management skills
