Job Summary:
The Event Assistant will work closely with the Event Manager and other team members to coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and organization of events from start to finish, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate event materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring everything is prepared and delivered on time.
  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Help with on-site event setup and breakdown, including managing registration and attendee experience.
  • Assist with marketing efforts for events, including social media promotion and email campaigns.
  • Address attendee inquiries and provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after events.
  • Support post-event evaluations and feedback collection to improve future events.
Job Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for events and customer service.
