If so, Seed to Table is looking for a talented Design & Technology Support Coordinator to join our team full-time in Naples, FL. What You’ll Do:

  • Creative Design: Use Adobe Illustrator to create eye-catching signs, promotional materials, and product labels. Enhance images using Adobe Photoshop for marketing and in-store use.
  • Tech Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for both Windows and Mac systems, including troubleshooting printer issues and assisting with our POS systems (Catapult and Toast).
  • POS Management: Help add new items to the POS system and configure system settings as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments to ensure branding consistency across signage and materials, while also providing tech support as needed.
  • Customer Engagement: Support internal teams by ensuring all systems are running smoothly and signage is accurate, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: A passion for design with a sharp eye for detail and consistency.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with systems like POS, printers, and computers.
  • Willingness to Learn: If you're not already familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or our POS systems, we're happy to train the right candidate.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working closely with different departments.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual (Preferred): English is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable Transportation: Required for this role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and navigate stairs for extended periods with precision and focus.
  • Flexibility & Balance: Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move with ease throughout the department.
  • Step-Stool & Ladder Use: Comfortably utilize step-stools or ladders as needed.
  • Strength: Able to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
  • Mobility: Move around the store and assist with various tasks smoothly.
  • Manual Dexterity: Skilled in handling tools, printers, and design software.
  • Clear Communication: Effectively convey instructions and work seamlessly with team members, even in a busy, noisy environment.
  • Reaching Ability: Capable of reaching below the waist, at the waist, and overhead.
  • Environmental Tolerance: Comfortable in various temperatures and able to work with moderate dust or cleaning agents.
  • Allergy Tolerance: Able to handle fresh ingredients without adverse reactions.
  • Safety First: Non-slip shoes are required for safety (company does not provide these).
