Seed to Table is seeking an enthusiastic Design & Systems Coordinator to join our Family in Naples, FL!

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Signage

• ​Create engaging signs, promotional materials, ad flyers, and product labels using Adobe Illustrator.
• Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Photoshop.

Technical Support

• ​Troubleshoot printer issues and provide support for Windows and Mac computers.
• Assist with Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Catapult and Toast.
• Add new items to POS systems and adjust configurations as needed.

Collaboration & Communication

• ​Work closely with various departments to meet design and technical needs.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all materials.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or over to apply
• Creativity & Detail-Oriented: A natural flair for design with an eye for detail.
• Availability: Must have flexibility to accommodate the store’s operational needs.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service skills are key to success.
• Team-Oriented: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively within a team.
• Customer Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable Transportation: A must for this role.
• Safety First: Non-slip shoes are required for safety (company does not provide these).

Physical Requirements

• Standing Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and navigate stairs for extended periods with precision and focus.
• Flexibility & Balance: Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move with ease throughout the department.
• Step-Stool & Ladder Use: Comfortably utilize step-stools or ladders as needed.
• Strength: Able to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Mobility: Move around the store and assist with various tasks smoothly.
• Manual Dexterity: Skilled in handling tools, printers, and design software.
• Clear Communication: Effectively convey instructions and work seamlessly with team members, even in a busy, noisy environment.
• Reaching Ability: Capable of reaching below the waist, at the waist, and overhead.
• Environmental Tolerance: Comfortable in various temperatures and able to work with moderate dust or cleaning agents.
• Allergy Tolerance: Able to handle fresh ingredients without adverse reactions.
