What You'll Do

As our Demo Supervisor, you’ll:

  • Lead and oversee in-store demonstrations, ensuring engaging and informative customer interactions.
  • Inspire your team with your upbeat, positive attitude.
  • Communicate with empathy, ensuring all guests and team members feel valued and heard.
  • Be active and hands-on, making sure every demo is a lively, interactive experience.
  • Train, support, and motivate demo staff to create memorable moments for our customers.

Physical & Job Requirements

  • Stand and/or Walk: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lifting, Pushing, and Pulling: Capable of regularly lifting, pulling, and pushing objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Vision: Peripheral vision and near and far visual acuity are essential.
  • Communication: Effective speaking skills to convey instructions clearly and accurately.
  • Hearing: Ability to hear and respond effectively in a busy environment.
  • Allergen Tolerance: Ability to work with a variety of products without negative allergic reactions.
  • Dexterity: Proficient in both gross and fine manipulation for handling products and equipment.
  • Environmental Tolerance: Able to work in hot, humid, and cold environments.
  • Flexibility and Mobility: Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move around as needed.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a valuable asset.
  • Footwear: Non-slip shoes are mandatory for safety (company does not provide).
  • Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation is a must.
