Key Responsibilities:
- Engage Customers: Provide live product demonstrations and engage customers with enthusiasm, answering their questions and providing top-tier service.
- Product Knowledge: Ensure customers understand the benefits and features of Seed to Table’s quality products.
- Maintain Demo Area: Keep the demo station clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth demo operations.
Physical Requirements:
- Manual Dexterity: Handle products and demo tools with precision.
- Clear Vision & Hearing: Ensure excellent communication and product quality.
- Lifting Ability: Comfortable lifting items up to 35 lbs.
- Standing & Moving: Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Temperature Flexibility: Adapt to various temperature conditions and environments.
- Allergen Awareness: Comfortable working in environments with potential allergens.
- Ladder Use: Confident in using step-stools or ladders as needed.
