Position Summary

As a Deli Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining deli displays, preparing food, and ensuring our deli department runs smoothly. Your positive attitude and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

What You Need

Must be 18+ (sorry, no exceptions)
Experience in customer service, retail, or food service is a bonus
Killer communication and people skills
Able to work solo and as part of a squad
Passion for food, health, and wellness
Flexible to work weekends and holidays
Fluent in English; Spanish is a big plus!
Non-slip shoes are a must for keeping it safe (heads up, you gotta bring your own).
You need to be authorized to work in the US.
You need a reliable way to get here and join in on our adventures!
Gotta be flexible with your schedule.

Physical Requirements

Vision Acuity: Peripheral vision and near/far visual accuracy are crucial.
Hearing Ability: Effectively hear and respond to instructions in a bustling environment.
Allergy Tolerance: Able to handle a wide variety of fresh ingredients without adverse allergic reactions.
Step-Stool and Ladder Use: Confidently utilize a step-stool or ladder as needed.
Physical Balance: Maintain stability and balance while executing tasks efficiently.
Clear Communication Skills: Convey instructions clearly and communicate with team members effectively, even in busy or noisy environments.
Reaching Ability: Capable of reaching below the waist, at the waist, and overhead.
Lifting Ability: Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
