What You’ll Do:
Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet guests with a smile and assist them with selecting delicious deli options while providing top-notch customer service.
Prepare with Care: Slice meats and cheeses, prepare sandwiches, salads, and more, ensuring every item is crafted with quality and precision.
Keep Things Fresh: Maintain a clean and organized deli counter, following all food safety regulations.
Be a Team Player with Initiative: Enjoy working with others and step up to take the lead when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Stay Engaged: Ensure inventory is stocked and visually appealing, creating a deli counter that guests can’t resist.
What We’re Looking For:
Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic and friendly with a passion for customer service.
Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in English is required, and Spanish is a plus.
Team-Oriented: Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where teamwork is key.
Food Enthusiast: A love for food, especially organic and high-quality products, is a bonus!
Safety Standards: Non-slip shoes are mandatory to ensure a safe working environment (please note that these are not provided by the company).
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable Transportation: You’ll need reliable transportation to maintain punctuality and reliability.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Environmental Adaptability: Work comfortably in diverse temperature conditions (hot, humid, cold) and tolerate moderate exposure to smoke, steam, dust, and cleaning agents.
Allergy Tolerance: Ability to work in an environment where allergens may be present.
Step Stool & Ladder Use: Ability to navigate and confidently use a step stool or ladder when needed.
