Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries by answering the phone, scheduling service appointments, assisting with used car inventory processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and proficiency in office software. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Update records of customer interactions in the computerized system.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Process vehicle trade-ins and assist with used car stock-in process.
- Complete photos of new and used car inventory for the website.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
- Assist with clerical and admin work as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for record keeping.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
