Horne Glass Pros is seeking a professional, confident, and highly dependable Customer Service Representative.
Customer Service Representatives serve as a key point of coordination and work closely with management and customers alike. It is a high-visibility role best suited for someone who has a strong phone presence, exceptional follow-up, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and dealership employees across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and new leads within 24hrs
- Provide accurate quotes, and guide customers through insurance claims
- Schedule appointments and coordinate jobs with Technicians
- Maintain clear, thorough, and accurate job notes
Experience Required:
- 3–5 years of customer service with an emphasis on phone communications.
- Proficiency with various forms of technology
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Confidence discussing services and pricing in a professional manner
- Clean driving record
Compensation
- $20/hour
- Potential commission
- Part time with Full time options available
