As a Customer Service Associate at our customer service desk, you’ll be a key part of our Family, making every customer feel at home. Qualifications:
•    Age: Must be 18 years or older (no exceptions).
•    Experience: Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
•    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills are a must!
•    Team-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
•    Customer Focused: Passion for delivering outstanding service with every interaction.
•    Availability: Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•    Reliable Transportation: Ensure you have a dependable way to get to work.
•    Authorized to Work in the U.S.: Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.
•    Safety First: Non-slip shoes are required for a safe working environment (shoes not provided).

Physical Requirements:
•    Standing Endurance: Ability to stand for extended periods.
•    Mobility: Comfortable moving around the store to assist with tasks as needed.
•    Manual Dexterity: Proficient in handling transactions and counting cash accurately.
•    Visual & Auditory Precision: Clear vision and hearing to ensure transactions are accurate and customers are heard in a busy atmosphere.
•    Lifting Ability: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds when needed.
•    Allergy Tolerance: Handle fresh ingredients without issues.
•    Environmental Comfort: Comfortable working in various temperatures.
