Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with various service-related tasks, contributing to our customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services and company policies.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting or resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, and products.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Promote and maintain a positive, professional image of the company in all customer interactions.
  • Escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service procedures and service standards.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and customer service platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
