Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality assistance and resolving inquiries in a professional and timely manner. You will support various customer service functions, ensuring satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and efficient solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and concerns by identifying problems and coordinating with relevant departments for prompt resolution.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with orders, tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
- Documentation: Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system for reference and quality tracking.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to help improve service and product offerings.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and share best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
