- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
- Uphold strict sanitation and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Contribute creative ideas for menu development and seasonal specials, showcasing fresh, organic ingredients and innovative flavors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Cook or Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on fresh, organic ingredients and scratch cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
