Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Communications Agent to join our team. The Communications Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external communications. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively disseminate information across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Relations: Liaise with journalists, media outlets, and influencers to coordinate interviews, press events, and media coverage.
- Public Relations: Support public relations campaigns to enhance brand image and manage company reputation.
- Internal Communications: Assist in the development and distribution of internal communication, ensuring employees are informed of key updates, policies, and initiatives.
- Crisis Communication: Assist in preparing crisis communication strategies and manage responses during critical situations.
- Event Support: Provide communication support for company events, ensuring consistent messaging and promotional efforts.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track communication metrics, media coverage, and feedback to report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with media outreach and social media management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
