Qualifications:

Age: Must be 16 years or older (no exceptions).
Experience: Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills are a must!
Team-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
Customer Focused: Passion for delivering outstanding service with every interaction.
Availability: Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable Transportation: Ensure you have a dependable way to get to work.
Authorized to Work in the U.S.: Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.
Safety First: Non-slip shoes are required for a safe working environment (shoes not provided).

Physical Requirements:

Standing Endurance: Ability to stand for extended periods.
Mobility: Comfortable moving around the store to assist with tasks as needed.
Manual Dexterity: Proficient in handling transactions and counting cash accurately.
Visual & Auditory Precision: Clear vision and hearing to ensure transactions are accurate and customers are heard in a busy atmosphere.
Lifting Ability: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds when needed.
Allergy Tolerance: Handle fresh ingredients without issues.
Environmental Comfort: Comfortable working in various temperatures.
