Your primary responsibility is to engage with inbound and outbound leads, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless and professional experience for every customer. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, organized, and have strong communication skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and internet leads
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments
  • Follow up with unsold and previous customers
  • Keep CRM records accurate and organized
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure appointment success
Job Requirements:

Who We Want

  • Motivated and money-driven
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
  • Previous experience in BDC, sales, or customer service preferred
  • Automotive dealership experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
