Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is essential in managing incoming sales and service inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming sales and service appointment queries via phone and internet.
  • Schedule appointments, confirm pending dates, and follow up on missed appointments.
  • Coordinate communication with appropriate personnel in Sales and Service departments.
  • Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets.
  • Confirm special order parts and assist in follow-up of sales leads.
  • Handle required paperwork and record keeping.
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles.
  • Working knowledge of automotive sales or service is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with computers and internet applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Dependable and highly professional work ethic.
