About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to manage and expand our affiliate base. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with affiliate partners, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain the affiliate network.
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with company goals.
- Monitor affiliate performance, provide insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates.
- Track and report on KPIs, performance metrics, and growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, affiliate management, or partnership growth.
