Collision Center Repair Process Manager - Blueprinter
- Managing a team of 3 to 5 body techs, dispatching repairs, achieve proper and complete disassembly of vehicles.
- Writing complete and comprehensive repair plans per manufacture guidelines. Ensuring proper documentation and repairs are completed to documented specifications to restore vehicle to pre loss condition.
- Negotiate with insurance to ensure proper repairs are covered.
- Creating and sending parts orders to assigned parts representative. Consistent review and follow up of parts ordered.
- Overseeing the assigned service advisors and proper repair flow to ensure cycle time goals are met. Consistent follow up and communication with assigned service advisor to provide them with the detailed information they need to effectively update our customers.
- Reviewing vehicles for quality control throughout the process.
- Flagging and reviewing technician's hours ensuring goals are met.
- Salary and Commission based position.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of major insurance program protocols and have the ability to upload estimates/images that meet those standards accordingly.
- Prior production estimating experience required.
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background) and Drug Test
- Must be familiar with and able to adhere to various manufacture guidelines.
- Organizational, computer and office skills
- Other duties may be assigned.
