What You’ll Do:

Master of Organization: Keep our files and records accurate and efficient.
HR Support: Call candidates, schedule interviews, and make the hiring process smooth and seamless.
Onboarding Assistant: Help new team members settle in and feel welcome from day one.
Event Coordinator: Assist in organizing community events that reflect our commitment to giving back.
HR Administrative Support: Take on tasks from the Director of HR and HR Manager with enthusiasm.
Safety Awareness: Conduct daily store walk-throughs, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

Physical Requirements:

Strength & Mobility: Capable of handling up to 50 pounds with ease.
Endurance: Able to stay on your feet for extended periods, including climbing stairs as needed.
Precision & Dexterity: Comfortable using office tools and managing tasks with care.
Flexibility: Capable of bending, kneeling, and twisting while performing various tasks.
Environmental Adaptability: Able to work in different temperature conditions, including the kitchen, bakery, and grocery aisles.
Clear Communication: Able to deliver messages effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Vision & Hearing: Stay alert and aware in busy, noisy surroundings.
