Job Responsibilities

Oversee BDC department operations

Recruit and train BDC staff

Understand consumer buying behaviors

Run daily/weekly/monthly reports and track results

Train BDC staff by reviewing customer interactions and outcomes

Review performance and develop staff
-
Work with dealership team to deliver prospects and sales
Skills/Qualifications
-
Successful track record in Internet sales, car dealership business development centers or Internet sales department management
-
The ability to manage high call volumes and internet leads
-
Overall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operations
-
Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
-
Familiarity with dealership CRM systems

Experience in training teams and individuals
Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Dealership BDC experience
-
Good presentation skills
-
Computer and digital knowledge

Motivated and customer-focused
-
High School diploma (or equivalent)

Valid driver's license
