Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated BDC Manager to lead and manage our Business Development Center and Internet Department. This role involves overseeing internet leads, managing inbound and outbound communication, and ensuring superior customer retention and acquisition strategies.
The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership experience, strong sales skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to internet customers and leads promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with vehicle demos, selection, and purchase processes
- Hire, schedule, train, and supervise BDC and Internet Department staff
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Support sales staff throughout deal management and closing
- Prepare and provide internet sales reports for management
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
- Maintain a follow-up system to encourage customer loyalty and referrals
Work Hours
This is a full-time position. Specific working hours will be communicated during the hiring process.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in automotive, BDC, or internet management preferred
- Proficient computer and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management tools, and website backend platforms is preferred
- Strong phone communication and customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead staff to meet organizational goals
