Position Summary:
As a Full-Time Bartender at Food & Thought 2, you’ll be the life of the party—mixing up delicious drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring everyone has a fantastic time. You’ll bring your creativity, expertise, and friendly demeanor to our bar, helping to create a memorable experience for every customer. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that offers a dynamic and rewarding career path in a guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master Mixologist: Craft a wide range of beverages, from classic cocktails to creative concoctions, using fresh, organic ingredients.
- Guest Experience Enthusiast: Provide exceptional service with a smile, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Product Knowledge Pro: Stay up-to-date on our menu offerings and share your expertise with guests to enhance their experience.
- Team Player: Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience.
- Inventory & Order Management: Manage bar inventory, place orders, and ensure stock levels are maintained for smooth operations.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Event & Promotion Support: Assist with special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings to drive sales and engagement.

Qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
- Passion for Hospitality: A deep love for guest service and creating memorable experiences.
- Bartending Expertise: Proven experience as a bartender, with a strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Customer Service Skills: A friendly, outgoing personality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Footwear Requirement: Must wear non-slip shoes for safety on the job; please note that these are not provided by the company.
