What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance and light repairs (brakes, tires, basic diagnostics, etc.)
- Support senior technicians on more advanced repairs
- Complete multi-point inspections with accuracy and efficiency
- Follow all Cadillac and dealership standards
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Prior technician experience required (C-Level or equivalent)
- Strong fundamentals in automotive repair and maintenance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, consistent, and team-focused
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
