- Collaborate with service advisors and customers to explain vehicle conditions and repair needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and technologies through ongoing training.
- Perform quality checks and road tests after services are completed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as an auto technician/mechanic.
- Certifications: ASE certification preferred, or willingness to become certified within 6 months.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with diagnostic equipment and modern repair technologies.
- Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to customers and team members.
- License: Valid driver’s license required.
- Work Ethic: Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence in all repair tasks.
