Position Overview
As an Automotive Service Technician, you will diagnose, service, and repair vehicles while adhering to established standards and procedures. The role may also include performing pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure top condition. We expect technicians to uphold high-quality workmanship and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repair processes
- Perform routine inspections, diagnostic tests, and standard maintenance
- Complete all required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
- Follow all shop policies, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support shop operations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects as needed
- Safety-focused with a customer service orientation
- Experience preferred but entry-level candidates will be considered
