Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. The technician will perform vehicle service and repairs in accordance with established standards and procedures. Responsibilities also include conducting pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards before delivery. This role requires delivering high-quality service while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repair work
- Perform routine service inspections, tests, and standard maintenance tasks
- Complete all required documentation complying with regulations and standards
- Assist in maintaining shop appearance, safety, and efficient operation, including inventory management
- Follow all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to read and understand instructions
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Entry-level candidates may have prior work experience or relevant automotive training
