KIA of Murfreesboro is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Service Department Assistant to support our busy automotive service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and MOST IMPORTANTLY- helping deliver an excellent guest experience! Also, must be available TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY!
Responsibilities include:

Supporting service advisors and management with daily administrative tasks

Learning service advisor duties and cross training in the service department

Scheduling appointments and assisting with customer follow-up

Preparing repair orders, invoices, and internal paperwork
-
Coordinating vehicle flow and assisting with service lane operations
-
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with dealership processes
-
Giving an amazing guest experience and making CSI your number one priority

Previous automotive dealership or service department experience preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Tech-savvy, CDK a Plus!
