What You’ll Do:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival to vehicle delivery
- Build trust and maintain proactive communication throughout the service process
- Identify opportunities and confidently recommend maintenance and repair services
- Drive service sales while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Partner closely with technicians to ensure an efficient and seamless experience
- Resolve concerns professionally and create loyal, returning customers
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience required
- Strong sales ability with a customer-first approach
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Motivated, driven, and focused on delivering results
- CDK experience preferred
- Volkswagen experience is a plus
