What You’ll Do:

Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive

Listen, assess vehicle concerns, and clearly explain recommended services

Write accurate repair orders and maintain consistent follow-up

Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs

Present maintenance and repair recommendations in a transparent, ethical manner

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from write-up to delivery
What We’re Looking For:

Prior automotive service advisor experience preferred, high line experience A PLUS

Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Ability to upsell responsibly while maintaining high CSI
