Service Advisor – Cadillac of Greenwich
Salary: $75,000–$95,000 (Based on Experience)
Cadillac of Greenwich is seeking a customer-focused, professional Service Advisor to join our luxury service team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advisor who takes pride in delivering a high-end client experience while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:

Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional service experience

Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommended services

Communicate effectively between customers and technicians

Monitor vehicle repairs and keep customers informed throughout the process

Upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and transparently

Maintain CSI standards consistent with the Cadillac brand
What We’re Looking For:

Previous automotive service advisor experience required

GM experience strongly preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, customer-focused environment

Valid driver’s license
