As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering professional communication and expert guidance throughout the vehicle service process. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Danville, VA.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers promptly and courteously.
- Inspect vehicles and review service history to identify service needs accurately.
- Recommend services, parts, and accessories based on customer requirements.
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates for services and obtain customer authorization.
- Monitor service progress and communicate any changes for approval.
- Administer warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Confirm service appointments by phone and follow up after repairs are completed.
- Perform final vehicle inspections to ensure all services are completed correctly and communicate results to customers.
- Comply with all state and federal automobile repair and consumer protection laws.
- Demonstrate company values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a service advisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in Virginia.
- Positive attitude with a high-energy personality.
- Excellent verbal and written customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
