Sales Manager – Cadillac of Greenwich
Cadillac of Greenwich is seeking an experienced, driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a luxury, performance-focused environment. This is an opportunity to join a premier dealership representing one of the most iconic brands in the industry.
What You’ll Do:

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team

Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales while maximizing profitability

Desk deals, structure transactions, and ensure a premium customer experience

Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and inventory to meet and exceed goals

Partner closely with F&I, service, and leadership to support overall dealership success

Maintain Cadillac brand standards and compliance
What We’re Looking For:

Proven automotive sales management experience (luxury brand experience preferred)

Strong leadership, coaching, and closing skills

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and CSI objectives

Professional, polished, and customer-focused approach

Experience with CRM tools and desking systems
-
Cadillac or GM experience is a plus
