Sales Manager – Cadillac of Greenwich

Cadillac of Greenwich is seeking an experienced, driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a luxury, performance-focused environment. This is an opportunity to join a premier dealership representing one of the most iconic brands in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team

  • Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales while maximizing profitability

  • Desk deals, structure transactions, and ensure a premium customer experience

  • Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and inventory to meet and exceed goals

  • Partner closely with F&I, service, and leadership to support overall dealership success

  • Maintain Cadillac brand standards and compliance

Job Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven automotive sales management experience (luxury brand experience preferred)

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and closing skills

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and CSI objectives

  • Professional, polished, and customer-focused approach

  • Experience with CRM tools and desking systems

  • Cadillac or GM experience is a plus
