Maritime Chevrolet in Fairfield is Seeking a Dynamic, Performance-Driven Sales Manager to Help Lead Our Team!

We’re looking for a proven Automotive Sales Manager / Used Car Manager to lead our sales operation at our Chevrolet dealership. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands GM processes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to drive both volume and gross while building a strong, accountable team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed Chevrolet sales and CSI goals

  • Manage used vehicle inventory, appraisals, pricing, and turn with a GM-market mindset

  • Desk deals, structure financing, and close transactions efficiently

  • Ensure strong execution of GM programs, incentives, and compliance standards

  • Partner with leadership on forecasting, inventory strategy, and performance metrics

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with Chevrolet brand standards

Job Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of automotive sales or used car management experience

  • Chevrolet or GM brand experience strongly preferred

  • Proven success in used car profitability and inventory management

  • Strong desking and closing skills

  • Positive, process-driven leader who develops talent and drives accountability
