We’re looking for a proven Automotive Sales Manager / Used Car Manager to lead our sales operation at our Chevrolet dealership. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands GM processes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to drive both volume and gross while building a strong, accountable team.
What You’ll Do:

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed Chevrolet sales and CSI goals

Manage used vehicle inventory, appraisals, pricing, and turn with a GM-market mindset

Desk deals, structure financing, and close transactions efficiently

Ensure strong execution of GM programs, incentives, and compliance standards

Partner with leadership on forecasting, inventory strategy, and performance metrics

Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with Chevrolet brand standards

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of automotive sales or used car management experience

Chevrolet or GM brand experience strongly preferred

Proven success in used car profitability and inventory management

Strong desking and closing skills

Positive, process-driven leader who develops talent and drives accountability
