Do you have a strong history of working with the public and a passion for customer service? We’re a locally owned and growing automotive group of dealerships in Williamsburg and Richmond. As a result of our continued growth, we’re looking for personable, driven individuals ready to help customers find what they need and ensure an excellent experience every step of the way.

Previous automotive sales experience is not required for this position. Those with experience in customer service, account management/account executive, financial services, mortgage, and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to automotive sales. High-energy, positive, outgoing individuals with strong communication skills WILL succeed as a Sales Consultant with Loyalty Automotive.

Responsibilities include:  

  • Assist customers with vehicle selection
  • Review specific model options and features along with Loyalty’s added value service offerings
  • Review finance options 
  • Work with team members to facilitate delivery of vehicles 
  • Follow through with customers after the sale 
  • Attend staff meetings, training and other activities as required
