We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs while providing an exceptional dealership experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about cars, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, financing options, and warranties
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and CRM tools
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and new vehicle features
- Work with management and finance teams to finalize sales
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Regular and predictable attendance.
Job Requirements include:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
